By accessing and using the Elective Voice website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Elective Voice provides custom AI voice agent solutions specifically designed for elective healthcare practices. Our services include AI voice agent development, integration, customization, and ongoing support.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your healthcare practice or organization.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payment Terms
- Setup fees are due upon contract signing
- Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
- Usage fees are billed monthly based on actual usage
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice
6. Service Level and Support
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Data and Privacy
Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Intellectual Property
Elective Voice retains all rights to our proprietary technology, software, and services. You retain ownership of your practice data and information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Elective Voice’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Healthcare Compliance
While our services are designed to support HIPAA compliance, you remain responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable healthcare regulations.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you will receive your data in a standard format within 30 days.
12. Modifications
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois / Cook County
